The following are our general terms and conditions in relation to working together.

Retainer Payments

We require clients to pay our fees using our secure online subscription system which will automatically charge your credit card on commencement of the campaign for the first month’s fee and then recharge again every 30 days until the end of the campaign. Clients can log in and manage their subscription using our customer hub using the email address they used when commencing their subscription. Each month a tax invoice will be sent via email.

Campaign Termination

We do not lock clients into long term contracts. We provide a recommended campaign term which we believe, based on our experience is the required timeframe to work to get a result.

If for whatever reason a client wishes to terminate a campaign, we simply request one month notice.

By the same token, if we feel that continuing to work on your is not in the best interests of our organisation, we reserve the right to terminate the campaign with one months notice.


Once payment has been made and work commenced for the relevant month, no refunds will be offered for that month. This is because to get the best out of our specialists, we pay them monthly in advance to work on your campaign.
