When I started in digital marketing many years ago I, along with many others labeled myself with a title that described what I did.
I helped with Search Engine Optimisation so I was naturally "an SEO"
At the end of the day, all client's care about is making more sales and building the value of their business.
So, naturally many of my recommendations started to incorporate elements of conversion rate optimisation.
That is, how to make more people do what you want them to do on your website. For Shopify stores this means sales.
Now I don't profess to be a full-blown master of conversion rate optimisation but I think we can agree that there are many simple things that people can do that will improve the perceived trustworthiness of a site as well as improve its sales.
Recognising that many of my clients have existing traffic from paid or social sources and that SEO is like a slowly accelerating train; i.e it can take some time to have a financial impact, I put together the "Trust & Conversion E-Commerce Checklist"
